Pollolandia: The KFC of Costa Rica but better! Roast or fried chicken and sides, take-out or dine-in.
Bejuco Hotel: Another nearby full restaurant, “Sunsets” is here. They serve an excellent breakfast (6AM - 10AM; try the #2 for the true Tico experience!) and the dinners are quite delicious! To get here, turn left out of the entrance, take the 1st right and follow to just before the beach. The hotel is on your left.
Delphin Beach Hotel: Just beyond the Bejuco Hotel, turn left left at the beach and follow till you reach Delphin on the left.
Alma Del Pacifico Hotel: Turn right out of the entrance and take the first left. Follow this road to the end. Turn right and follow the beach road until you reach the Alma on the left. (Tell the guard at the gate you are coming to dine). This is a great place to catch a sunset in the shade! They have hammocks and chairs under trees looking out onto the beach and surf! Good drinks, great food. (Expensive…)
Pelicano Hotel: Also on the beach on the way to the Alma Del Pacifico (above), is the Hotel Pelicano. This is a smaller, more rustic restaurant with a more bar-like atmosphere and menu. A tad less expensive and always good food.
Esterillos Oeste
Los Almendros: Turn right out of entrance and proceed about 8km. Take left at the second sign to Esterillos Oeste. The Restaurant is on the right before you reach the beach. The “best margaritas!"
